"I'll get you" can also mean something similar to "I will harm you" or "I will get revenge against you." So given the context of the rest of the poem/song, "I'll get you" could mean that.

These seem like lyrics to a song, so the meaning of the words very well may be more abstract/undefined than standard speech. However, "I'll get you" typically means that the speaker intends to retrieve the person he/she is talking about from a place or situation. So in the context of this poem or song, the speaker probably means that he plans to find and reunite with this person
