Banana peanut butter greek Yogurt smoothie idea:

Now I like to sneak in greek yogurt in my kids for extra protein. You can easily swap out ½ to 1 cup of milk for ½ to 1 cup of greek yogurt.

That way you will have extra protein in your new banana peanut butter greek yogurt mixture.

Peanut butter banana almond milk smoothie idea:

Now you can also make this dairy free by swapping out the milk for almond milk. I also have done this and it is very good.

I get almond milk on sale all the time and stock up when I do. I can make the slightly healthier switch and my kids don’t even notice.

This is a great idea to make the peanut butter banana drink dairy free and so tasty. Another tip for smoothies is to use frozen bananas.

This is a great way to use overripe bananas and put them to use before they spoil. Just cut them or break into pieces for the freezer.

These will be great to use later to make a peanut butter smoothie. Yum! You can also add flax seeds, chia seeds or even protein powder to the smoothies.

The kids won’t notice as these are so thick and creamy and delicious! We have even substituted almond butter before. So good!

The options are endless for these smoothies.

I have a Vitamix and I love it. It is old and is still going on strong. It is quite the investment to get one, but it is one investment that won’t disappoint. It will be the last blender you ever had to buy. Amazon has several of them on sale right now for a great price.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe (11)

Now if a Vitamix isn’t in your budget, then I recommend a Waring professional blender. They are going to get the job done. Now they are not as great as a Vitamix, but they are the next best for a much more reasonable cost. Amazon has several Waring blenders on sale right now.

Either way, I know you will be able to enjoy delicious and smooth fruitsmoothie with any oneof these blenders.

Freezer idea: You can also freeze these in individual cups. Then when you are ready to eat, just let them sit on the counter for a few minutes. Then serve with a spoon. You will have more of an “ice cream” treat.

This is a very easy treat for the kids and much healthier than ice cream. I hope your family enjoys it too. I think they will love these smoothies!

We love having these in the freezer for quick treats to grab and go. This is also great for weekday breakfast ideas when you are in a hurry.

I am all about making life easier and quick grab and go meals like this in the freezer help to take the stress out of meal time. These are perfect for traveling and you can just grab a smoothie out of the freezer.
